Fuse which is outside the house got stolen

I went to Sean's place this evening. The electricity was cut down at around 6 something. I thought it was the house's electricity problem. Guess what?! Someone stolen the Tenaga's fuse outside the housing area and caused three rows of houses went out of the electricity. It was total darkness when it was getting late with no one in the house. I felt so scary alone...
