Cun Camp 4 by SAGC
PostedWent to youth camp (organized by SAGC) last week for three day two night at Broga OUTBAC camp site. It was a brilliant camp! It has been awhile since the last camp in college. Get to connect with the old faces and also new ones too. At first it was a bit bored coz I don't know most of the campers. I guess we just need time to warm up a little. End up I get to know quite a lot of new friends too.
We have a special camp rule for the campers. The first rule and the second last one are interesting!! See yourself :P

We were divided into groups and I was in the group 40's. We were competing among eight groups. We were the top these games, but sadly drop out after total up scores for ice breaking and dramas :'( Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves very much...

After the games, I went to the Leap of Faith station during the free time. I thought I wanna challenge myself in this game. Why do I say so? It's because I'm afraid of height. In this station, it requires you to climb up using the steels on the tree and then stand on the platform. It is almost 30 feet tall. Then, jump and grab on the handle which is 1 meter in front. I was shivering before and after the jump, not only because of cold (it was drizzling) but also because of height. Well, at last I've made it!!!

We have mountain bikes for free around the camp site but I didn't go cycling. Hm.. So long didn't cycle already. Should try again some day :D

For sure I go for kayak-ing. Miss it so much after the camp at Morib. I'm glad that my skills which I learnt back then can be applied during the competition. And my partner Samantha was great too!! We went two rounds instead. Ian Teoh said: "You two were like super fast wei." Haha.. High five!!

Thank God for the weather which wasn't too hot. Just a bit drizzling along the day. Too bad we don't have the chance to climb the Broga Hill. Perhaps next time :D But I like the time we spend together and the messages were great, short and impact others! May God bless the speakers and the committee members. God has given them great talents and leadership!!
